Chatbot responses are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date.

• The service is intended for business users only.
• Accounts may be created by business owners, authorized employees, or administrators.
• One account may be used by multiple team members within the same business.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• LiveAssist offers a 14-day free trial.
• No payment details are required to start the trial.
• The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

• LiveAssist offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal or unlawful activities
• Abusive, harmful, or deceptive behavior

• Reselling or sublicensing the service without permission

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.
